Manufacturing

We are a truly 100% factory, not just an assembly line. From the initial ID design, to mold development, to reliability testing, to raw material production, to product assembly, to quality checking, to final shipment, it's all done in our factory facilities. We have 200 skilled workers, 12 assembly lines, and a monthly production capacity of 350,000 units. Our main factory is located in Shenzhen and we also have branch factories.

Supplier resources are reviewed before procurement, production capacity is planned according to the project schedule, and logistics performance is coordinated throughout delivery. This process helps reduce material risk, maintain product consistency and support reliable OEM/ODM project execution.

Built-In Electrical Safety and Protection

The device incorporates battery, charging and electrostatic discharge protection measures to support stable operation and help reduce electrical risks during daily use.

Battery Protection Circuit

Each watch includes a dedicated battery protection circuit designed to help protect against overcharging, excessive discharge, overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. These protection measures support stable battery operation and help extend battery service life.

Charging Protection System

The charging system includes protection against short circuits, overheating, overvoltage and overcurrent. It monitors charging conditions and can interrupt charging when abnormal electrical conditions are detected.

ESD Protection for Stable Operation

The mainboard includes electrostatic discharge protection to help reduce screen interruptions, unexpected restarts and other stability issues caused by static electricity during handling and daily use.

Configurable Display and Sensor Hardware
